Charles Udora is the Executive Commissioner Legal and Enforcement. The mandate of his office is to deliver a vigorous enforcement regime for the legal framework underpinning activities in the Capital market thereby eliminating infractions.

Prior to joining the Commission, he worked as a Principal Legal Officer with the Anambra State Housing Development Corporation (AHDC) in 1989. He started his career as a Counsel in the law firm of Ifebunandu and Co. in 1985 before his stint with the AHDC.

Mr. Udora joined the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1993 as a Principal Legal Officer and rose to the position of a Director before his appointment as an Executive Commissioner.

He holds an LL.B Law, B.L and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management.
