SEC BOARD INAUGURATED- The new Board of Directors of
the Commission was inaugurated by the Honorable Minister of Finance,
Dr Shamsudeen Usman, at the Multi-Media Center of the Commission
on Tuesday, June 17, 2008. The nine-member board is the first
to be constituted, under the re-enacted Investments and Securities
