Yahaya Alli is currently the Chairman of Amoula Ventures Limited, a leading producer of construction fittings. Yahaya has nearly three decades of relevant experience in the financial services industry spanning Banking, Pension Fund Administration and Capital Market Operations.

He began his career in Banking with Habib Bank Plc (now (PlatinumHabib Bank). Thereafter, he moved to Continental Merchant Bank Plc and rose to headship of the Corporate Banking Division of the Bank in 1998. After working in Empire Securities Limited for three years, he was appointed Head, Investment Banking Division of the defunct Universal Trust Bank Plc. He was a member of the Interim Board of Trust Fund Plc, one of the leading pension fund management companies in Nigeria between 2007 and January 2008.

Yahaya holds a B. Sc. (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan (1979) and an MBA (General Business Education) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1982).
