It has come to the notice of the Commission that investors are being lured into investing in Schemes that are not approved by the Commission.

The Commission hereby draws the attention of members of the public to such Schemes which may be presented as legitimate but are not.

Members of the public are advised to be vigilant and to critically appraise any investment proposals brought to them using the services of registered capital market operators and consultants.

Investors are further advised to visit the Commission’s website for the list of registered capital market operators, consultants and authorized investment schemes.
