Rules under review:
The Consolidated Rules constitute a Consultative Draft being exposed for the purpose of market - wide consultation, observations and comments before final adoption. For the purpose of their operations, operators should rely on the specific rules governing the transactions in which they are engaged. These rules can be found here:
