下列一百五十七（157）家资本市场运营机构（CMOs）曾获尼日利亚证券交易委员会注册，在尼日利亚资本市场履行各类职能。
然而，这些 CMO 或持续未向委员会提交法定报表，或资本遭受侵蚀，或受到政策变化影响。
鉴于此，委员会要求受影响的 CMO 于2020 年十一月 30 日或之前向委员会提交陈述，说明其注册不应被注销的理由。
